摘要
运用BP神经网络对型材挤压过程的FEM(有限元模拟)结果所产生的样本进行组织训练 ,建立了模具几何参数与应力、应变等参数之间的映射关系 ,从而实现了挤压过程的建模 ,并以此为基础 ,建立了相应的专家系统。该系统具有良好的扩展性 。
By adopting BP nervous network to organize and train the sample produced by the result of FEM (finite element mock) during the course of extruding section material, a corresponding relation was set up between geometric parameters of the die and force power parameters such as stress and strain. Thus the mock was set up during the course of extrusion. And based on this, the corresponding expert system was set up. This system has very good expanding properties and provides with a new study direction for further development of the expert system.
