摘要
将溶胀度的表征由质量改变推演为体积改变,在实验操作上变重量称量为数字化的高度显示,设计了相应的恒温测量装置,使得变温、恒温测量及溶剂组分改变情况下的交联高分子溶胀度的测量可以方便、连续地实施,简化了操作,提高了测量精度。给出几种自行制备的交联高分子样品的测量结果以及藉此建立的表征溶胀动力学过程的经验特征函数。
The determination of swelling degree is derived to be denoted by volume change instead of mass change, as a result, weighting for a sample can be replaced of a digital altitude display. This paper designs and makes a kind of determining device, and by the device, the swelling degree can be determined continuously and expediently in such cases as changing or constant temperatures and when a sample is in mixed solvents. Using the device, some actual determined results of several homemade samples and empirical characteristic functions have been found as well, which can be used as determination for swelling kinetic process.
