摘要
研究了Al3+、Fe3+、Ca2+、Mg2+及其组合离子对红柱石和绢云母可浮性的影响,并通过动电位测试及热力学计算探讨了其作用机理。研究结果表明:组合金属离子在整个试验pH范围内对红柱石、绢云母有抑制作用;组合金属离子使红柱石和绢云母表面的动电位显著正移,矿物与十二胺之间的静电吸附作用减弱,Al3+、Fe3+、Ca2+、Mg2+因生成对应的氢氧化物沉淀,使红柱石和绢云母的浮选受到强烈抑制。
The influences of Al3+,Fe3+,Ca2+ and Mg2+ and their combination on the floatability of andalusite and sericite were investigated and the corresponding acting mechanism was analyzed by zeta potential measurements and thermodynamic calculation.The results show that the combination of metal ions has an inhibiting effect on the floatability of andalusite and sericite.The electrostatic interaction contributing to the adsorption of minerals and dodecylamine weakened as the zeta potential of andalusite and sericite shifted markedly towards the positive direction in the presence of metal ions′ combination.The flotation of andalusite and sericite were depressed intensively owing to the generation of corresponding hydroxide precipitations of Al3+,Fe3+,Ca2+ and Mg2+.
