乳牙牙髓干细胞的研究进展

摘要 乳牙牙髓干细胞是来源于脱落的乳牙牙髓间充质干细胞,具有较强的增殖能力、自我更新能力和多向分化潜能。由于其组织来源易得且无创伤,而成为牙源性干细胞研究领域的新热点。本文将从细胞的分离鉴定、生物学特性、应用前景等几方面对乳牙牙髓干细胞的研究进展做一系统综述。
