摘要
本文对双扇钢包混凝土拱形防护门进行了动力学特性分析。首先建立了拱形防护门三维有限元模型,防护门模型由门扇、门铰页、门框和坑道岩体四部分组成。由于防护门在冲击波作用下的结构形式是变化的,所以计算得到了多种边界条件下防护门的固有频率及相应的振型。然后对防护门前爆炸冲击波超压时间历程曲线进行频谱分析,发现冲击波能量集中于低频区间,涵盖防护门的主要振动频率。其研究结果为进一步防护门在核、常规爆炸冲击波作用下的动力学响应分析奠定了基础。
The dynamic characteristic analysis of certain double-wing vaulted reinforced concrete protective door is presented.Firstly a three-dimensional finite element model of the protective door is established,which is composed of four parts,door wing,door hinge,door frame and sap.Then the natural frequencies and modal shapes are obtained in many kinds of the boundary conditions,because the door's structural form is variable under blast waves.Finally,after the spectrum analysis of blast shock wave overpressure-time curve,the results show that the shock wave energy mainly focuses on lower frequency range and the range contains most major natural frequencies of the protective door.This paper research provides a scientific basis for the further dynamic response analysis of the protective door under the nuclear and general blast wave loadings.
