军队医院贯彻主题主线重大战略思想的实践与思考

Practice and Analysis of Implement Strategic Thinking of Major Theme and Main Track in the Military Hospital

本文结合实践,对军队医院贯彻主题主线重大战略思想应把握的内涵特征思考。提出贯彻主题应向创新发展、优质发展、协调发展、内涵发展转型;抓住主线应在有效履行使命任务、纳入国家医改体系建设、攻破临床医学难点问题、实施军民融合发展和加快信息化建设中求转变的建设发展思路。

Combining with the practice,the author analyzed the connotation characteristics that should be grasped to implement the strategic thinking of major theme and main track in the military hospital;and indicated that we should transform major theme to innovation development,high-quality development,coordinate development and connotation development;and put forward that we should seize the main track by changing the construction and development ideas in effectively fulfill the mission tasks,taking part in the national health system reform,breaking through clinical difficult problems,implementing the military and civilian integration development,and accelerating information construction.
