摘要
从动力学角度对影响涤纶织物表面化学镀铜镍合金沉积速率的因素进行了初步探讨。通过研究镀液中各组分(包括铜离子、镍离子、次磷酸钠、柠檬酸钠、硼酸)的浓度、pH以及温度对合金沉积速率的影响,确定了铜镍合金化学沉积反应的活化能、反应级数、速率常数以及动力学方程式。所得结果对生产实践有一定的指导意义。
The factors affecting the rate of electroless Cu-Ni alloy deposition on polyester fabric surface were preliminarily discussed based on kinetic method. The effects of constituents in plating bath such as copper and nickel ions, sodium hypophosphite, sodium citrate, and boric acid, as well as temperature and pH on the deposition rate were studied. The activation energy, reaction orders, reaction rate constant, and kinetic equation were determined. The results have some significance for production practice.
