摘要
从长链二元酸、有机金属催化剂介导的缩合反应、关环复分解反应和仿生合成4个方面,综述了2000年以来由关环法合成麝香酮的研究进展,评述了各类合成路线的优缺点,并对关环法合成麝香酮的研究进行了展望。
Cyclization is one of the most important methods for the synthesis of muscone.In this paper,the progresses since 2000 in the synthesis of muscone through cyclization in the following four aspects: long-chain dicarboxylic acids,condensation reactions mediated by metal-organic catalysts,ring-closing metathesis reaction and biomimetic synthesis,have been reviewed.The advantages and disadvantages of these synthesis routes are compared.Perspectives on the synthesis of muscone by cyclization are discussed.
