摘要
分析了 74份黑米资源的黄酮含量及其与米粒性状的相关性。结果表明 :黑米资源黄酮含量的质量分数介于 0 .0 98%~ 0 .750 %之间 ,平均为 0 .30 5%,变异系数为 49.42 %;不同类型的黑米资源黄酮含量差异明显 ,粳型黑米的含量极显著高于籼型黑米。不同类型黑米的黄酮含量与其米粒特征性状表现出不同的相关性 ,其中糯型品种的黄酮含量与其粒长和千粒重呈极显著和显著正相关。
The flavonoid content of 74 varieties of Chinese black rice were analyzed, and its correlation with grain shape traits determined.The results indicated that the range of flavonoid mass fractions was between 0.098% and 0.750% with an average of 0.305%, and the coefficient of variation was 49.42%. Comparison of the flavonid content of different black rice types showed the flavonoid content of japonica type were higher than that of indica type. Significant positive correlation existed between the flavonoid content and 1 000-grain weight and grain length of glutinous type, while the correlation between flavonoid content and grain shape traits varied with rice types.
