论以提高临证能力为中心的《金匮要略》教学

Focus on Improving Clinical Skills in Teaching Jingui Yaolue

中医的优势在临床,临床能力是其传承的关键。《金匮要略》是现存最早诊治杂病的专著,作为一门临床基础课,肩负培养学生中医临床辨治能力的重任。因此,《金匮要略》的教学应时刻以提高临证能力为中心实施,而临床辨治能力的培养和提高需要课堂和课后全方位的系统教学。文章从课堂促学、课后导学两个方面,就如何围绕提高临证能力这个中心进行《金匮要略》的教学提出部分观点。

The superiority of TCM is clinical effectiveness,which is the most important site in TCM teaching.Jingui Yaolue,one of the oldest books,is a basic class of clinic,which is crucial to develop the clinical technology of students.Therefore,teaching of Jingui Yaolue should be focus on improving clinical skills of students.This paper put forward some viewpoints about how to enhance clinical skills through teaching in class and after class.
