摘要
浮萍喂养的福寿螺生长速度、性成熟和产卵量等方面都优于苎麻叶、空心莲子草。福寿螺对 3种饵料的总消化率均在 92 %以上 ,但通过生化营养成分分析 ,浮萍适合喂养幼螺 ,苎麻叶、空心莲子草适合作中、成螺的主要饵料。对浮萍、苎麻叶、空心莲子草的氨基酸组成和含量进行比较 ,表明 3种饵料均能满足福寿螺的生长发育需要。
Lemna minor as the diet feeding Ampullaria gigas is superior to Boehmeria nivea and Alternanthera philoxeroid, such as growth speed, sex mature and spawn, etc. There are three kinds of diets for snail, its average total digest rate is over 92%. By analying their biochemical compositions, Lemna minor is adapt to young stage (Rank I Ampullaria gigas) , others as main diet are fit to adult (Rank Ⅱ and Ⅲ Ampullaria gigas). By comparing the combination and contents of amino acid with these three diets, result showed these three different diets all can suffice the demands of growth and development of Ampullaria gigas.
