An Initial Study on Dietotherapy of Compendium of Materia Medica

从药物众多 ,搜罗广博 ;辨证施膳 ,治病强身 ;药粥药酒并重 ,食养尽之三个方面研讨李时珍《本草纲目》在食疗方面的贡献。

In this paper, the contributions on dietotherapy of Compendium of Materia Medica written by Li Shizhen were discussed as following: Selecting medicated diet extensively and abundantly; Treating diseases and building up health by dietotherapy on the basis of different diagnosis; Emphasis on the combined use of medical wine and gruel in dietotherapy and health preservation.
