摘要
学前教育是国民教育体系的重要组成部分,是基础教育的基础,对巩固义务教育的成果,提高义务教育的质量和提高国民素质具有重要意义。由于各个国家的政治、经济、文化传统等方面的不同,形成了各具特色的学前教育制度。本文在分析比较中德两国学前教育的机构设置、班级规模、课程内容、收费标准、法制建设等方面的基础上,剖析了两国学前教育制度的差异及其造成这种差异的原因。
As an important component of the national education system,pre-school education is the foundation of basic education.It has the vital significance to consolidate the compulsory education achievement,improve the quality of obligations and the national quality.Because of different politics,economics and cultural traditions,each country has formd its unique pre-school education system.This article compares China with Germany in pre-school institution,class size,curriculum content and fee standard.It also analyses the difference between their systems and the reasons for this difference.
