基于SWOT分析范式的大豆产业发展及推进问题研究——来自黑龙江的实证个案解析

Soybean Industry Development and Promotion Based on SWOT Analysis Paradigm——Case Study from Heilongjiang Province

大豆是世界上最重要的油料和高蛋白作物之一,在国际农产品贸易中占有重要的地位。通过建立大豆产业发展的理论框架,界定了大豆产业的内涵和特征,并以此确定了大豆产业研究的基础框架。运用SWOT分析范式明确黑龙江大豆生产的比较优势。通过对黑龙江大豆出口竞争力比较,确定黑龙江大豆的竞争潜质,挖掘存在的主要威胁因素,阐述了大豆产业发展及推进的潜力因素。在此研究的基础上,结合黑龙江大豆产业现状,提出了黑龙江大豆产业发展及推进的五个可行性的基本思路与对策建议。

Soybean is one of the most important oil and protein crops in the world, which plays an important role in the international agricultural trade. Through the establishment of the soybean industry＇ s theoretical frame, the conception and characteristics of soybean industry was demarcated and the fundamental frame in studying soybean industry was determined. The comparative advantages of soybean production in Heilongjiang province was clearly indicated by SWOT analysis paradigm. By comparing soybean export competitiveness, the competition potential of Heilongjiang soybean was defined, the main threatening factors existed were digged out and the potential factors in developing and promoting soybean industry were expounded. Based on the study, combining the present situation of soybean industry, five basic ideas and policy coun- termeasures in Heilongjiang soybean industry were proposed.
