环氧合酶-2和血管内皮生长因子D在胃癌组织中的表达及相关性研究

摘要 目的研究环氧合酶-2和血管内皮生长因子D在胃癌组织中的表达及与临床病理因素的关系。方法用免疫组化SP法分别检测60例胃癌标本中COX-2和VEGF-D的表达,分析二者的表达情况及其与胃癌临床病理因素的关系。结果 COX-2和VEGF-D在胃癌标本中的阳性表达率分别为51.67%(31/60)、58.33%(35/60)。不同年龄、性别、部位、肿瘤大小、分化程度的胃癌,其COX-2和VEGF-D的阳性表达率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);浸润深度不同、淋巴结转移与否、TNM分期不同的胃癌,其COX-2和VEGF-D的阳性表达率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。COX-2的表达与VEGF-D表达具有显著相关性。结论 COX-2和VEGF-D与胃癌的浸润、转移及预后密切相关,可作为判断胃癌生物学行为和预后的重要参考指标。 Objective To investigate the expression of cyclooxygenase-2 and vascular endothelial growth factor-D in gastric cancer and the relationships of cox-2 and VEGF-D with clinical and pathological characteristics. Methods The expression of COX-2 and VEGF-D were detected by immunohistochemistry SP technique in normal gastric tissue of 60 eases. Results The positive expression rates of COX-2 and VEGF-D were 51.67% (31/60) and 58.33% (35/60) in gastric cancer.The positive expression of COX-2 and VEGF-D were not correlated with the age, sex, site, size of tumor, and degree of differentiation(P 〉 0.05).The positive expression of COX-2 in gastric cancer was related to the depth of invasion, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis. A significant positive correlation was found between the expression of VEGF-D and COX-2 in gastric caneer(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The positive expression of COX-2 and VEGF-D were closely related to invasion, metastasis and prognosis of gastric cancer, and they could be used to evaluate the biological behaviors and prognosis of gastric cancer.
