摘要
为解决稠油粘度高、在井筒中流动阻力大的问题,设计了井下串联抽稠油泵。阐述了泵的结构和工作原理,对弹簧、悬点载荷、泵排量等工作参数展开分析,并进行了可行性论证。该泵在上冲程时从油管掺入降粘液,并吸入地层产出液;在下冲程时将二者混合并通过油套环空举升至地面。该泵实现了柱塞下掺液,避免了砂磨柱塞现象以及泵上掺液不能降低原油进泵粘度的问题。该泵原理可行,工艺容易实现,成本低,可广泛应用于稠油举升。
Down hole pumps in series have been designed to resolve the problem of high flow resistance in the well bore because of high viscosity of heavy oil.In this paper,structure and working principle of the pumps were introduced;some working parameters were analyzed,such as mechanical spring,polished rod load,pump displacement and so on.Then the feasibility was demonstrated.Degradable fluid is injected in the pump from tube during the upward stroke,meanwhile the produced fluid is also sucked in the pump;during the down stroke,the degradable fluid and produced fluid is mixed and lifted up to the ground through casing tubing annulus.By the utilization of this pump,solution blending under the plunger can be achieved,which can prevent the plunger from being sanded.It also offers a solution when the adulterant is unable to degrade the viscosity of crude oil while being pumped in.And this pump can be widely used in producing heavy oil because of its feasibility,mature technology and low cost.
