摘要
高等教育已经进入质量时代,质量话语的泛滥造成了大众化高等教育质量管理和质量评估的盲目和混乱。高等教育质量的提出源于经济社会的压力,它具有复杂性和矛盾性,不同主体有不同的理解和诉求。高等教育质量标准至少包含外适标准和内适标准两个层面,其制定涉及到权力主体和合法性机制,应遵循多样统一、发展性和人本性等重要原则。
With higher education entering the era of quality, the proliferation of quality discourse resuited in blind and confusion in quality management and quality assessment of mass higher education. The quality of higher education is raised under the economic and social pressures, and is complex and contradictory. Different subjects have different understandings and aspirations. The standards of higher education quality contain at least two levels: outside applicable standards and inside applicable standards. Its formulation involves the subjects of power and the mechanisms of legitimacy, and follows important principles such as the unity in diversity, development, human nature, and so on.
