摘要
溶剂型CR(氯丁橡胶)胶粘剂具有初粘力大、粘接强度高和耐热性好等优点,但因使用高结晶型CR而具有相对较差的低温抗冻性能。通过合理搭配高结晶型CR(CR2442)和低结晶型CR(WHV120),选择抗冻性良好且毒性较小的溶剂体系,并使用抗冻型增塑剂[己二酸二辛酯(DOA)],可制备出低温抗冻性良好的CR胶粘剂。研究结果表明:当m(CR2442)∶m(WHV120)=75∶25、w(DOA)=1%、混合溶剂中V(甲苯)∶V(甲基环戊烷)∶V(醋酸乙酯)∶V(溶剂汽油)=2∶5∶2∶1且w(混合溶剂)=650%时,相应CR胶粘剂经-20℃存放25 d后无明显的凝胶现象,其低温抗冻性良好且毒性较低。
The solvent-based CR(chloroprene rubber) adhesive had high initial tack,high bonding strength and good heat resistance,but its forst resistance at low temperature was reversely poor because a high crystal CR was introduced into CR adhesive.The CR adhesive with good forst resistance at low temperature can be made by selecting appropriate proportion between high crystal CR(CR2442) and low crystal CR(WHV120),solvent system with good frost resistance and less toxicity,and antifreezing plasticizer such as dioctyl adipate(DOA).The research results showed that the corresponding CR adhesive,which was stored after 25 d at-20 ℃,had good forst resistance at low temperature,lower toxicity,and no obvious gelation phenomenon when mass ratio of m(CR2442)∶m(WHV120) was 75∶25,mass fraction of DOA was 1%,volume ratio of V(toluene)∶V(methyl cyclopentane)∶V(ethyl acetate)∶V(solvent gasoline) was 2∶5∶2∶1 in mixed solvent and mass fraction of mixed solvent was 650%.
