45例肩关节镜下盂唇修补术病人的手术配合

Operation coordination of 45 cases of patients undergoing glenoid labrum neoplasty under shoulder arthroscopy

[目的]总结肩关节镜下盂唇修补术病人的手术配合。[方法]对45例盂唇损伤病人行肩关节镜下盂唇修补术,同时做好术前准备、术中、术后护理配合等。[结果]45例病人均顺利手术,未发生手术并发症;病人术后1周视觉模拟疼痛(VAS)评分低于术前(P<0.05)。[结论]加强肩关节镜下盂唇修补术病人的手术配合,是手术成功的保证。

Objective：To summarize the operation coordination of patients undergoing glenoid labrum neoplasty under shoulder arthroscopy.Methods：A total of 45 cases of patients with glenoid labrum injury accepted glenoid labrum neoplasty under shoulder arthroscopy.At the same time,the preoperative preparation,intraoperative and postoperative nursing coordination would be performed.Results：All 45 patients had the successful operations,and there were no surgical complications occurred.The patients＇VAS score in one week after the surgery was lower than that before the surgery（P0.05）.Conclusion：To strengthen the operation coordination of patients undergoing glenoid labrum neoplasty under shoulder arthroscopy is the guarantee for successful operations.
