塞罕坝机械林场通过分类经营、木材销售和人事制度一系列改革取得了显著成效,但在国有林场改革的大环境下,塞罕坝机械林场应明确自身定位,企业化才是塞罕坝林场改革与发展方向,引入市场机制,建立市场化的人事劳动和工资制度。
After a series of reform in forest classified management, timber purchase and per- sonnel system, Saihanba Mechanized Forestry Centre has made great achievements. As many state-owned forest farms have commenced on reform at present, under this background, Saihanba should position itself, because the general orientation in the reform and develop- ment of Saihanba forestry is supposed to conduct corporations, by introducing in market mechanisms, and establishing a new labor and salary system.
