以科研课题驱动实践教学的探索

Discussion on Driving Practice Teaching with Scientific Research Subject

实践教学是职业院校教育教学工作的重要组成部分,实践教学是在教师指导下,学生自己动手、自行设计以提高综合素质的教学过程。本文基于学生完成了一系列与客服有关的理论课程后,通过指导学生参与院级科研课题——"培训辅助管理服务规范"的研究,进行实践教学,探索培养学生职业能力的过程及成效。

The practice teaching is an important part of educational and teaching work in vocational colleges,and it refers to teaching process that students start work and design independently to improve the comprehensive quality under the guidance of teachers.This paper conducted practice teaching and discussed the process and result of cultivating students’ professional ability through guiding students to participate in the study of college scientific research subject： ＂Training Aids Management Service Specification＂ on the basis of students completing a series of theoretical courses related to customer service.
