The Intern as the Communication Assistant Helps to Establish Harmonious Doctor-patient Relationship

加强医患沟通,是构建和谐医患关系的必然要求;设立沟通助手,是协助医患交流的全新设想。从适应新医学模式、培养新医学人才、填补教学空白等角度出发,探讨了实习医生担任沟通助手的重要性和必要性,阐述了其在缓和医患矛盾、弥补护患沟通缺陷方面的价值,并提出了沟通助手的培养原则和措施:明确责任义务,杜绝利益挂钩;健全培养模式,完成自我提升;完善考评体系,关注后续医德建设。

In order to establish a harmonious doctor - patient relationship , it is necessary to improve doctor - patient communication. It＇s a new idea that establishing a communication assistant in the doctor -patient communication. The importance and necessity of the interns as the communication assistants, the value of easing the confliers between doctors and patients and making up the communication defects between nurses and patients were expounded in this paper from the view point of adapting to the new medical model, training medical talents and filling the teaching blank.
