摘要
将 6 0例戒烟病人随机分为单纯耳穴贴压组、耳穴贴压加心理护理组。耳穴贴压加心理护理组除给予详细的入院宣教外 ,对戒断反应及时采取移情咨询法、教导法及提高士气法。结果表明 :耳穴贴压加心理护理组总有效率为 93 .75 % ,单纯耳穴贴压组总有效率为6 7.86 % ,经统计学处理 ,两组疗效具有显著性差异(P <0 .0 1)。伴随症状改善率耳穴贴压加心理护理组亦明显高于单纯耳穴贴压组(P <0 .0 1)。
