摘要
近年来随着注射剂和滴眼剂的广泛使用,由处方中抑菌剂和抗氧剂引起的不良反应已经逐步为人所知并引起药物研发人员的重视。本文就抑菌剂和抗氧剂添加的必要性、危害以及几种抑菌剂和抗氧剂的检测方法进行介绍,并提出通法检测的设想。
As injections and ophthalmic solutions are now administered commonly,more and more adverse effects caused by the use of preservatives and antioxidants in these formulations appeared,which attracts researchers＇ attention.The necessity,toxicity and detection of preservatives and antioxidants are reviewed in this article,a general method of detection is put forward.
