胃癌癌变过程中热休克蛋白70、p53蛋白的表达及其意义 被引量:17

摘要 目的 探讨热休克蛋白 70 (heatshockprotein 70 )在胃癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法 采用免疫组化S P法检测HSP70和 p5 3蛋白在正常胃粘膜、慢性浅表性胃炎、慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠化生、不典型增生及胃癌组织中的表达情况。 结果 胃癌中HSP70及 p5 3蛋白呈高表达 (P <0 .0 1) ,HSP70在正常胃粘膜、慢性浅表性胃炎、慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠化生、不典型增生及胃癌组织的表达呈递增形式 ;在有淋巴结转移的胃癌组织中 ,HSP70的表达显著高于无淋巴结转移的胃癌组织 (P <0 .0 1) ;p5 3与HSP70在胃癌组织中的表达呈相关性 ,两者在胃癌的演变过程中可能有相关作用。结论 HSP70在胃癌癌变过程中起重要作用。 Objective In order to determine the expression and significance of heat shock protein 70(HSP70) in gastric carcinoma.Methods We detected the express of HSP70 and p53 in normal gastric mucomembrance,chronic gastritis,gastratrophia with intestinalization dysplasia and gastric carcinoma by the immunohistochemical staining S P method.Results The express of HSP70 increased significantly in gastric carcinoma( P <0.01) and was higher than in the tissue surrounding cancer or normal tissue,the expression of HSP70 had significantly difference between with and without lymph node metastasis.Conclusion HSP70 and p53 might have combined effect in the course of gastric carcinoma.HSP70 plays an important role in the devolopment of gastric carcinoma.
