摘要
该文着重介绍了射频/微波开关的测量方案,并在此方案基础上对测量不确定度建立了数学模型,并进行了详细的分析。经过实例证明,射频/微波开关的隔离度、开关时间等能够准确测量,并且能应用到实际工程中去。
The measuring of emphasis is on the RF and microwave switch,bulit a mathematical model of uncertain measurement and made detailed analysis on this basis.After the instance,we can accurately measure the partition of the RF and microwave switch,the time of the switch and aslo can be applied to actual work.
