伤科消定膏、伤科接骨膏对四肢骨折损伤的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Shangtong Xiaoding Cream and Shangke Jiegu Cream on Bone Fractures of Limbs

目的:评价伤科消定膏、伤科接骨膏对四肢骨折的临床疗效。方法:将2002年1月~2010年12月6546例桡骨远端骨折,胫腓骨远端骨折患者随机分为2组,其中膏药组在骨折早期整复,手术前后,损伤处外敷伤科消定膏、中晚期外敷伤科接骨膏;对照组应用抬高患肢,消肿等一般处理,观察2组在特定时间临床愈合率。骨性愈合率、疼痛、伤肢消肿、腕踝关节功能恢复情况。结果:应用伤科消定膏、接骨膏组骨折后4周临床愈合情况及10周骨性愈合率优于对照组(P<0.05);外敷膏药组与对照组VAS评分,Cartland,Werley腕关节评分,Mazur踝关节评分优良率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。外敷膏药组伤后7d肿胀消退情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:外敷伤科消定膏、接骨膏在桡骨远端骨折,胫腓骨远端骨折治疗过程中可明显减轻损伤局部肿胀,疼痛,有效促使骨折愈合,可以使患者较早进行有效的功能锻炼,预防及治疗关节僵硬。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of two hospital homemade creams,Shangtong Xiaoding cream and Shangke Jiegu cream,on bone fracture of limbs.Methods:From January 2002 to December 2010,about 6546 cases with distal radius fracture,distal tibia and fibula fractures were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in cream group were paved outside Shangtong Xiaoding cream in early stage and Shangke Jiegu cream in late stage.The patients in control group were treated generally,such as raised wounded limb and reduced swelling et al.The rates of clinical healing,rates of bone healing,pain,limbs swelling,and recovery of wrist ankle function at a particular time were observed in the two groups.Results:The clinical healing rates at 4 weeks after fracture and the bone healing rates at 10 weeks after fracture in cream group were superior to control group(P〈0.05).And the good rate of the VAS score,Cartland score,Werley wrist score,and Mazur ankle score were significantly different between the two groups(P〈0.05).The regression of swelling in cream group was superior to control group 7 clays after injury(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The Shangtong Xiaoding cream and Shangke Jiegu cream can significantly reduce the local swelling and pain,promote healing,allow patients earlier effective functional training,and prevent and treat the joint stiffness in the distal radius fracture,distal tibia and fibula fracture.
