摘要
现代人力资本理论的形成与演化表现为三个依次递进的阶段:以劳动力要素分析为中心的形成阶段、以内生技术增长模型为中心的发展阶段和以知识资本理论为中心的深化阶段。不同阶段对人力资本在经济发展中的作用机制的认识不同,由外生的宏观作用到内生的以企业为基础的微观作用,是现代人力资本理论演化至今的研究思路。
The formation and evolution of modern human capital theory has undergone three phases: the formation phase in the 1960s when labor factor analysis plays a central role, the development phase in the 1980s when the endogenous technology growth model is the center, and the deepening phase in the 1990s when knowledge capital theory is the center. In the three phases, people have different understandings to the working mechanism of human capital in economic development. What runs through the researches on the evolution of modern human capital theory is the change from the exogenous macro role to the endoge- nous enterprise-based micro role.
