十一方药酒微生物限度检查方法学的验证

Verification of Methodology on Microbial Limit Test for Shiyifang Yaojiu

目的:建立十一方药酒的微生物限度检查方法。方法:按照《中国药典》2010年版的规定,对十一方药酒进行了微生物限度检查方法的验证。结果:确认薄膜过滤法可用于十一方药酒的微生物限度检查。金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌采用培养基稀释法可检出。结论:十一方药酒所采用的检验方法可以消除药品的抑菌作用,可以有效地检出污染的微生物,可用于该品种的微生物限度检查。

Objective：To establish a method for the microbial limit test of Shiyifang Yaojiu.Method：According to the ＂ Chinese Pharmacopoeia＂ 2010 edition of the rules for Shiyifang Yaojiu,the verification of microbial limit test method.Result：Confirm the membrane filtration method can be used for microbial limit test of Shiyifang Yaojiu.Staphylococcus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa using culture medium dilution method can detect.Conclusion：Shiyifang Yaojiu using test method can eliminate the bacteriostatic action of drugs,can effectively detect the microbial contamination,can be used for the variety of the microbial limit tests.
