聚砜改性环氧树脂胶黏剂性能研究及前景展望 被引量:2

摘要 在胶黏剂领域环氧树脂具有许多优异的特性,但环氧树脂固化后交联密度高,呈三维网状结构,存在内应力大、质脆、耐疲劳性与耐冲击性差等不足,在很大程度上限制了它在一些高技术领域的应用,一般来说环氧树脂在使用前都需要进行增韧改性。用热塑性树脂增韧环氧树脂逐渐成为一个热门研究方向,这类热塑性树脂主要指一些高性能的热塑性树脂,由于此类树脂具有韧性好,模量和耐热性高等特点,在环氧树脂基体中加入一定量的高性能树脂,不仅能改进环氧树脂的韧性,而且不降低其刚性和耐热性。主要讨论了用聚砜改性环氧树脂胶黏剂具有的独特性能及其研究前景展望。 The epoxy resin has many advantages in the fields of adhesive, however the crosslinking density of epoxy resin after curing is high, which is 3D net structure, and results in high internal stress, brittle, bad fatigue durability and weak impact resistance. Therefore, it limits the applications of epoxy resin in some high-tech field. The epoxy resin is always toughened before using. Toughened by thermoplastic resin is becoming popularly gradually. These kinds of thermoplastic resin are always with high performance, which have good toughness, high modulus and excellent heat resistance, etc. Adding certain amount of high performance resin into epoxy resin matrix will improve the toughness of epoxy resin without decreasing the rigidity and heat resistance. The epoxy resin adhesive is modified by polysulfone which makes it have unique properties. And the prospect of this study is also discussed.
