摘要
根据托辊的结构类型、材料属性和工作载荷状况,以1.2 m带式输送机的托辊为例,利用ABAQUS有限元软件,进行了其应力应变影响的研究。研究表明:托辊的最大应力和最大位移都出现在辊皮与输送带相接触的中间部位,为托辊的设计提供了有利的理论依据。
According to the structure types, material properties and loading of idler, the stress and displacement of the idler on 1.2m belt conveyor is studied by ABAQUS . The results showed that the maximum stress and displacement appeared in the middle area of idler's skin contacted with the belt, providing favorable theoretical evidence for the idler design.
