带式输送机是煤矿生产中运送物料的主要设备,托辊架、托辊是支承输送带正常工作的必备配件,普通的托辊架、托辊,作为落料点承载,经常会被从给料机出来的物料砸坏,导致输送带跑偏,甚至撕裂等危害,特别是工矿企业尤为突出。为了克服这些弊端,在落料点研制了多功能缓冲托辊及挂钩缓冲托辊专用多槽调偏龙门架。缓冲托辊的应用,延长了带式输送机的使用寿命,节省了材料费用,降低了职工的劳动强度。
