中职学生心理健康问题的管视与对策——基于对我国七省(自治区)中职学生抽样调查的分析

Analysis on the Mental Heath Problem of Secondary Vocational School Students and the Countermeasures——Based on Sample Survey on Secondary Vocational School Students in 7 Provinces(Autonomous Regions)

抽样调查显示,中职学生在抑郁、自尊、学习心理、就业心理、人际交往心理等方面均存在一定的问题;而且,目前中等职业学校心理健康教育也面临体系不完善、形式单一、专业师资力量缺乏等问题。针对此,中职学校应采取以下措施加强学生的心理健康教育:建设一支素质优良的心理健康教育师资队伍;努力构建一套操作性强的心理健康教育模式;形成学生心理健康发展的社会支持系统;促进所有中职学生心理的全面和谐、自主发展。

Sample survey showed that, secondary vocational school students faced with some mental health problems in the aspects of depression, self-respect, learning mentality, employment mentality and interpersonal mentality. Moreover, the mental health education of secondary vocational schools also confronted with the problems of imperfect system, single, mod- el and lack of professional teachers, etc.. Therefore, in order to strengthen mental health education for students, secondary vocational schools should adopt the following measures： try to build a suit of operational mental health education model; build social support system for mental health development of students; enhance the harfnonious and independent development of all students.
