氟喹诺酮药物不良反应分析及合理应用

Analysis of Fluoroquinolone Drug Adverse Reaction and Reasonable Application

目的分析氟喹诺酮药物不良反应及合理应用,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法回顾性分析我院105例氟喹诺酮类药物不良反应报告,统计不良反应发生情况,按照患者的不良反应的临床表现、药物种类及给药途径等进行统计分析。结果 105例不良反应发生共涉及5种氟喹诺酮类药物,其中左氧氟沙星和加替沙星引起的不良反应最多,明显高于其他种类(P<0.05);不良反应发生情况多表现为神经系统反应,明显高于其他临床反应(P<0.05);静脉给药途径引起的不良反应明显高于口服给药途径(P<0.05)。结论氟喹诺酮类药物抗菌活性强,应充分重视其不良反应,合理使用氟喹诺酮类药物,进一步提高临床用药的安全性和有效性。

ObjectiveTo investigate the analysis the adverse reactions and reasonable application of fluoroquinolone drugs.MethodsRetrospective analysis 105 cases of fluoroquinolone drugs adverse reaction reports from February 2004 to August 2011,Statistical analysis the incidence of adverse reactions,the clinical manifestations of patients with adverse reactions,drug type,route of administration analysis.Results105 cases of adverse reactions occurred involving five kinds of fluoroquinolone drugs,The incidencesof levofloxacin and gatifloxacin were significantly higher than other types（P0.05）;adverse events,more performance inrthe nervous system,the incidence was significantly higher than other types（P0.05）.The adverse reactions caused by the intravenous route of administration was significantly higher than the oral route of administration（P0.05）.ConclusionFluoroquinolone drugs antibacterial activity is strong.To further improve the safety and effectiveness of the clinical use of drugs,we should pay full attention to its adverse reactions,and the rational use of fluoroquinolone drugs.
