摘要
目的:观察枳实薤白桂枝汤对高脂血症大鼠血脂及血管内皮功能的影响。方法:以高脂饲料喂养建立高脂血症大鼠模型;分正常、模型、西药组、不同剂量中药干预组,共6组;西药组给予普伐他汀钠(3.6 mg·kg-1)灌胃,中药干预分别给予高(7.2 g·kg-1)、中(3.6 g·kg-1)、低剂量(1.8 g·kg-1)枳实薤白桂枝汤灌胃3周;测定总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-c)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-c);一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素(ET-1)的含量。结果:与正常组比较,模型组大鼠血清TC,TG,LDL-C均显著升高(P<0.01),HDL-C降低(P<0.05);血清NO水平降低(P<0.05),血浆ET-1水平升高(P<0.05)。与模型组相比,普伐他汀钠组、枳实薤白桂枝汤高剂量组TC,TG,LDL-C均显著降低(P<0.01),枳实薤白桂枝汤中、低剂量组TC,LDL-C均降低(P<0.05),中剂量组TG降低(P<0.05);用药各组对HDL-C均无明显影响。普伐他汀钠组、枳实薤白桂枝汤高剂量组NO明显升高(P<0.05),普伐他汀钠组ET-1明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:枳实薤白桂枝汤可明显降低高脂血症大鼠TC,TG和LDL-C含量,提高血清NO水平,对ET-1的释放没有明显影响。枳实薤白桂枝汤具有降血脂及部分改善血管内皮功能的作用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi decoction on lipid metabolism and vseular endothelium in hyperlipidemia rat. Method: Using hyperlipidemia animal model replicated by hyperlipidemia forage, pravastatin sodium (3.6 mg· kg^-1 ) and different doses of Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi decocotion (7.2, 3.6, 1.8 g· kg^-1 ) were given to the model rats. Then the levels of total cholesterol (TC) , triglycerides (TG), high-density liporotein cholesterol (HDL-C) , low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and levels of nitric oxide (NO), endothelin-1 (ET-1) were assayed. Result: Compared with the normal group, the levels of TC, TG, LDL-C in the model group were increased obviously, the level of NO was decreased, the level of ET-1 was increased. Compared with the model group, the levels of TC, TG, LDL-C in the Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi deeocotion high dose group and the pravastatin sodium group were decreased obviously, the level of NO was increased obviously, the level of ET-1 were decreased obviously. Conclusion: The Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi decoeotion can regulate the lipid metabolism and improve vascular endothelium function in rat with hyperlipidemia.
