摘要 近年来,放射性同位素示踪技术在药物研究中得到了广泛的应用,已成为药物代谢研究中不可缺少的研究手段。利用放射性同位素及其标记物作为示踪剂来研究药物在生物体中吸收、分布、代谢、排泄(absorption,distribution,metabolism,excretion,ADME)规律具有准确、可靠、灵敏度高、专属性强、适用范围广、操作简单等优点。本文将对近年来放射性同位素在生物体内外ADME研究中的实际应用进行概述。 Radioisotopes are widely used in drug absorption,distribution,metabolism and excretion(ADME) studies.It has become an indispensable tool because of its high accuracy,great sensitivity and specificity,wide range of application and the ease of radioactivity to be detected.This article will focus on the applications of radioisotopes in ADME studies both in vivo and in vitro.
