摘要
以腰果FL30叶片为试材,测定了不同人工低温胁迫下相对电导率、丙二醛、可溶性糖、脯氨酸和超氧化物歧化酶等生理生化指标,研究了腰果在低温逆境下的抗寒生理生化响应机制。结果表明:相同时间处理下,相对电导率、丙二醛、可溶性糖、脯氨酸和超氧化物歧化酶都随胁迫温度从20℃降低至4℃呈现持续升高的变化规律;相同温度处理下,随低温胁迫时间的延长,相对电导率表现出先升高后下降再升高的变化规律,丙二醛、可溶性糖、脯氨酸含量和超氧化物歧化酶活性表现出先升高后下降的变化规律。
Cashew clone of FL30 blade was used as material in this experiment,physiological and biochemical indexes of cold resistance of the relative conductivity rate,the content of MDA,soluble sugar,proline and the activity of SOD were tested during different artificial cryogenic stress,to explore the change rule of cashew cold physiological and biochemical response mechanism in low temperature conditions.The results showed that the relative electrical conductivity rate,MDA,soluble sugar,proline and SOD with the stress from 20℃ temperature reduced to 4℃ continue to rise in the same time processing;With the extension of time in the same low temperature stress treatment,the relative conductivity rate increased firstly,then decreased and increased again,the content of MDA,soluble sugar,proline and SOD activity increased firstly and then decreased.
