抗菌药物骨水泥在关节置换术中的研究进展 被引量：5

摘要 关节置换术是骨科手术中最常应用并且效果最好的一种,关节置换术后感染却是灾难性的并发症。目前初次全膝关节置换术的感染率为1.0%,全髋关节置换术的感染率为0.3%～0.6%[1],但是真实的感染率可能更高[2]。虽然目前因为手术室层流技术的应用,紫外线消毒及空气隔离等措施的采用感染率已经下降;但是关节置换的患者数量在逐年增加,感染患者也会相应增加,对于患者,如果发生感染,
