膜联蛋白Ⅰ在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨膜联蛋白Ⅰ(AnnexinⅠ)在非小细胞肺癌(Non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)中的表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组化法检测79例非小细胞肺癌中AnnexinⅠ蛋白表达水平。结果在79例非小细胞肺癌组织中,有40例为AnnexinⅠ高表达(50.6%),鳞癌为包膜表达,腺癌为包膜表达或包膜与胞浆均有表达,但以包膜表达为主。AnnexinⅠ表达水平与非小细胞肺癌患者的淋巴结受侵相关(P=0.022,P<0.05),而与性别、年龄、病理类型、分期均无明显相关性(P>0.05)。AnnexinⅠ阳性表达患者和阴性表达患者的疾病进展时间(time to progression,TTP)差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论AnnexinⅠ在肺鳞癌,肺腺癌中的表达均上调,可能与肺癌的发生、发展及转移相关,有望成为肺癌早期诊治的理论依据。 Objective To explore the expression and clinical of AnnexinⅠ(of Annexin Ⅰ) in non-small cell lung cancer(Non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC).Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to measure the expression of 79 cases of non-small cell lung cancer Annexin Ⅰ protein.Results In 79 cases of non-small cell lung cancer,40 cases Annexin Ⅰ high expression(50.6%),squamous cell carcinoma expression for the envelope,adenocarcinoma of capsule exipression or envelope and the cytoplasm were expressed,but the envelope expression-based.which Annexin Ⅰ expression level of non-small cell lung cancer patients with lymph node involvement(P = 0.022,P 0.05)related with gender,age,pathologic type,stage and there was no significant correlation(P 0.05).Annexin Ⅰ patient with positive expression and engative expression of the patient time to disease progression(time to progression,TTP) relationship was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion AnexinⅠexpression is correlated with the occurrence of lung cancer development and metastasis,Annexin Ⅰ is highly expression in lung squamous cell carcinoma and lung adenocarcinoma,it might become the theoretical basis for early diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer.
