摘要
目的:建立汉桃叶中反-丁烯二酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用VP-ODS C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱;以甲醇-0.2%磷酸溶液(5∶95)为流动相;流速为1.0mL/min;检测波长为210nm。结果:汉桃叶中的反-丁烯二酸含量测定方法在0.04128~0.33024范围内时进样量与峰面积的线性关系良好(r值为0.9999);平均回收率为98.67%,RSD为1.24%。结论:所建立的方法准确、灵敏、重现性好,可用于汉桃叶的质量控制。
Objective:To establish the determination method of trans-Butene dioic acid content in Scheffiera kwang siensis Merr.ex Li.Methods:VP-ODS Cl8(4.6mm×250mm,5m)colmnn was used,the mobile phase was Methyl alcohol-0.2% phosphoric acid solution(5:95);with the flow rate as 1.0mL/min,the detection wavelength was at 210nm.Results:The linear relation of hyperin was good in the range from 0.04128-0.33024g.The average recovery was 100.18%,RSD was 1.38%.Conclusion:The method established is accurate,sensitive and good in reproducibility.It can be applied to the quality control of Scheffiera kwang siensis Merr.ex Li.
