住房保障体系建设是一个国家的基本民生,涉及社会稳定和人民幸福,本文通过分析我国住房保障体系存在的问题,借鉴一些发达国家住房保障体系的先进经验,立足我国现实国情,尝试提出建立一个具有中国特色的住房保障体系。

Housing guarantee system construction is a basic livelihood of the people of a country, which involves the social stability and people＇s happiness. Based on our country Js actual conditions, this paper tries to put forward to set up feasible housing guarantee system with chinese characteristics by analyzing the problems of our housing guarantee system and having successful experiences of some developed countries in construction of housing guarantee system.
