微波联合保妇康栓治疗CINⅠ合并HPV感染的临床疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察应用微波联合保妇康栓治疗CINⅠ合并HPV感染的临床疗效。方法选取236例入我院治疗且确诊为CINⅠ合并HPV阳性的患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组120例患者仅予以保妇康栓治疗,而治疗组116例患者予以微波治疗仪烧灼联合保妇康栓治疗,16天为一个疗程,均连用三个疗程,治疗4个月后复查并比较其临床疗效。结果治疗4个月后,对照组的治愈率为60%,有效率为10.8%,治疗组的治愈率为75%,有效率为16.4%,均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);对照组HPV阳性率为25.8%,而治疗组为10.3%,显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微波联合保妇康栓治疗CINⅠ合并HPV感染较单用保妇康栓治疗的疗效更好,值得临床应用和推广。 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of microwave therapy associated with BaoFuKang suppository on the treatment of CINⅠ and HPV infection.Method 236 patients who were finally diagnosed with CIN Ⅰ and HPV infection in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.120 patients in control group were only treated with BaoFuKang suppository,while 116 patients in treatment group were treated with microwave cauterization as well as BaoFuKang suppository.A treatment course lasted 16 days.All the patients were treated for 3 courses.The clinic effects were rechecked and compared after 4 months.Results 4 months after treatment,the cure rate and effective rate were respectively 60% and 10.8% in control group.While the cure rate and effective rate were respectively 75% and 16.4% in treatment group,both higher than the control group(P〈0.05).The positive rate of HPV was 25.8% in control group and 10.3% in treatment group.It was markedly lower in treatment group than control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic alliance of microwave therapy and BaoFuKang suppository had a better therapeutic effect than single treatment with BaoFuKang suppositorys on patients with CIN Ⅰ and HPV infection.It is worth being applied and popularized in clinic.
