摘要
该文介绍了微博在高校中的发展现状，阐述了微博在高校思想政治教育工作、教学互动方面以及就业指导工作中的应用，分析了辅导员如何应用微博开展工作以及应该注意的问题。
The present development situation of rnicroblog the in colleges was described in this paper, as well as the ideological and politi- cal education, Interactive teaching and learning, Employment guidance work.
