摘要
以α—Al2O3和钇稳定氧化锆为主要原料,采用应力诱导相变增韧和微裂纹增韧的机理,以钇稳定氧化锆质量分数分别为15%,20%,25%,30%不同比例进行试验,来制备ZTA陶瓷材料。测定其密度、弯曲强度和磨耗等物理性能,研究了不同钇稳定氧化锆含量对ZTA陶瓷材料性能的影响,分析了影响产品性能的因素,得出了钇稳定氧化锆含量越高材料性能越好的结论。
With principles of stress included transformation toughening and microcrack toughening, we make ZTA material (wt.:15%,20%,25%,30%) from 3Y--TZP and α-Al2O3. We test their physical performance, such as density,bending strength and wear resistance, analyze effections of deferent weight rate of 3Y--TZP on ZTA material performance. As a result, ZTA material is better per- formance with more 3Y--TZP.
