摘要
本文应用高效液相色谱法,利用麦迪霉素在232nm波长处的特征吸收,来测定麦白霉素A_1组分。结果表明,供试品麦白霉素A_1组分含量因菌种的不同而有较大的差距。新育的N-2菌种生产的产品A_1组分高,平均达56.2%,最高的为67.7%。
The cpmposition of meleumycin A_1 was deter-mined by HPLC at 232 nm. The results showed thatthere was a larger difference in the content of proto-type meleumycin A_1 because of the use of differentvaccines. The content of meleumycin A_1 producedby a new type vaccine N-2 was high with an aver-aging of 56.2%. The highest was 67.7%.
