四川简阳汉族成人皮褶厚度的研究

Study on skinfold thickness of Han adults from Jianyang in Sichuan

在四川简阳调查了699例(城市男性137例、女性151例,乡村男性205例、女性206例)的6项皮褶(腓肠肌皮褶、髂前上棘皮褶、肩胛下皮褶、肱三头肌皮褶、肱二头肌皮褶与面颊皮褶)厚度值,分析了简阳汉族成人皮褶厚度值随年龄变化的特征.研究表明:(1)无论城市或是乡村,女性各皮褶厚度值均比男性高,男女间的差异有统计学意义.(2)城市男性皮褶厚度值均比乡村男性高,两者之间的差异有统计学意义.城市女性皮褶厚度值均比乡村女性高,除面颊皮褶外,城市女性与乡村女性之间的差异有统计学意义.(3)简阳汉族男女皮褶厚度曲线随年龄增长波动较大.

The skinfold thicknesses of calf,suprailiac,subscapular,triceps,biceps and facial of 288 urban adults（137 males,151 females） and 411 rural adults（205 males,206 females） of Han were investigated in Jianyang of Sichuan province.The character of aging change in skinfold thickness of Han adults in Jianyang was analyzed.The results were as follows：（1） As a whole,the skinfold thickness of urban females was thicker than urban males,and rural adults were quite so.Very significant sexual difference was showed.（2） As a whole,the skinfold thickness of urban males was thicker than rural males,and females were quite so.There was very significant urban-rural difference in males,and the skinfold thicknesses had very significant urban-rural difference in females except facial.（3） The curves of skinfold thickness obviously fluctuated with the increasing age.
