腹部恶性淋巴瘤的螺旋CT临床特征分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:使用CT扫描技术分析腹部恶性淋巴瘤进行螺旋CT特征分析。方法:回顾性分析64例接受腹部恶性淋巴瘤治疗的患者的临床资料,其中28例为霍奇金病(HD),36例为非霍奇金病(NHL)。对每位患者恶性淋巴瘤的螺旋CT检测结果进行汇总比较,分别以淋巴结的大小、密度、形态和淋巴结增大的解剖优势分布作为指标。结果:HD组中有14例累及小网膜、7例累及脾门、2例累及大网膜、5例累及肠及膜;NHL组中有9例累及小网膜、6例累及脾门、8例累及大网膜、13例累及肠系膜。结论:腹部恶性淋巴瘤的螺旋CT特征,有利于对腹部恶性淋巴瘤进行有效的临床治疗控制。
