摘要 脑卒中是危害人类健康最常见疾病之一,其中以不同程度的缺血性脑血管病占多数(70~80%).为研究防治缺血性脑血管病,制备实验性脑缺血动物模型,以便观察其生理、生化和脑组织病理改变,探索和寻找防治措施.本文报告了结扎双侧大鼠颈总动脉后(120~180 min)造成急性脑缺血后组织病理和超微结构的改变. This study reported the ultrastructural changes of acute cerebral ischemia in rats. The pathological changes 120 min and 180 min after ligation of both carotid arteries in 12 rats were observed. The results show the cytotoxic swelling and edema of the neurons and astrocytes, particularly edema of glial processes were more marked than neurons, also perivascular edema was rather severe, but the lesion-of the structure of the vessel was very mild. Swelling and edema of astrocytes and its processes are of importance consideration of the mechanism of acute cerebral ischemia. The latter was briefly discussed.
