抗菌药物的预防性应用,包括内科系统非手术预防用药和外科围手术期预防应用抗菌药物,应严格按照预防用抗菌药物适应证,规范用药品种与给药方案,不应随意选用广谱抗菌药或某些新品种以及耐药后果严重的药物作为预防用药。
The prevention application of antibacterial agents includes the drugs used for non operation in internal medicine and during perioperative period in surgery.When antibacterial agents are used for prevention purpose,their indications should be strictly accorded with and the right medicine and dosage regimen should be chosen.Those drugs such as broad spectrum antibiotics,some kinds of new medicine or those with serious consequence of drug resistance should be used cautiously.
