摘要
目的研究蔓性千斤拔的化学成分。方法采利用硅胶柱分离蔓性千斤拔醋酸乙酯提取物,并通过理化性质和TLC、UV、1H-NMR、13C-NMR等分析鉴定化合物结构。结果分离得到3个化合物,分别鉴定燃料木素(Ⅰ);5,7,2',4'-四羟基异黄酮(Ⅱ);3,5,7,3',5'-五羟基-4'-甲氧基黄烷(Ⅲ)。结论为千斤拔的进一步开发研究提供依据。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Moghania philippinensis ( Merr. et Rolfe) Li. Methods The pure substances were isolated from ethyl acetate extract and purified by silica gel column chromatography. The structures of the pure substances were identified by physicochemical properties, TLC, UV, 1 HNMR and 13CNMR. Results Three pure substances were identified as Genistein ( I ), 5,7,2',4'- tetrahydroxyisoflavone ( II ), Ourateacatechin ( III ) . Conclusion This experiment established the fundament of further research on Moghania philippinensis (Merr. et Rolfe)Li.
